Heidelberg Bleeding Classification Calculator

Scope

This classification is for hemorrhagic transformation after ischemic stroke and reperfusion therapy (tPA or thrombectomy). It is not for spontaneous ICH location. Use brain imaging within 48 hours of reperfusion and as needed for new symptoms.
